Brainer Innovations ("we," "us," "our") operates brainerinnovations.com and the products linked from it. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and how it's handled.

Information we collect

Right now, the only information we collect directly is what you choose to give us:

Contact form: your name, email address, and whatever message you send us.
Support chat (when enabled): the messages you type into the chat widget, which are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate a response. We don't attach your name or email to these unless you include them yourself.

We don't currently use tracking cookies or third-party analytics on this site. If that changes, this policy will be updated first.

Once the Time Tracker app and our games are live, they'll likely collect additional information (such as an account email, usage data, or in-app content) to function. That will be covered by an updated version of this policy, or a separate one specific to that product, before launch.

How we use your information

To reply to messages sent through the contact form or support chat.
To operate and improve the site and our products.
To meet legal obligations, if any ever apply.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Third-party services we use

Parts of the site rely on outside services to function, each of which processes a limited slice of data on our behalf:

Render — hosts the site and backend.
Resend — delivers contact form emails to Brainer's inbox.
Anthropic (Claude API) — processes support chat conversations to generate responses.

Data retention and security

We keep contact form and chat messages only as long as reasonably needed to respond to you and keep basic records. We take reasonable steps to protect information, but no method of storage or transmission is 100% secure.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we have about you, or ask us to delete it, at any time by emailing Brainer@brainerinnovations.com.

Children's privacy

This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13 (or the relevant minimum age in your country). If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we'll remove it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the studio and its products grow. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do.
